Congratulations to Beauty Greater San Diego USA, Mabelynn Capeluj was crowned Miss California USA 2013 on Saturday night of January 13, 2013 at Pasadena Civic Auditorium, East Green Street in Pasadena, CA.
The Beauty Mabelynn Capeluj Queen from San Diego, California was previously the TOP 10 in Miss California USA 2012 beauty pageant.
The new Beauty Miss California USA Queen will represent the California States at Miss USA 2013. If new Miss California USA 2013 wins the Miss USA title, she will become the Seventh titleholder form California to crown the national competition, Miss USA title. And she will compete in Miss Universe 2013 pageant.
