Another Bb. Pilipinas 2013 applicant who is a crossover from Miss World Philippines is Vania Valiry Vispo. Valiry competed in the 2nd edition of the pageant won by Queenie Rehman and made it to the Top 12 where she was also awarded as Smart People's Choice. This year, Valiry proves she deserves a second look as she filed her application for Bb. Pilipinas 2013.
